Web Servers: Apache, NGINX
Requires root/admin access to the server
User must have admin access to their Windows or Linux server (typically via SSH or RDP). This could be a dedicated server, VPS hosting, or cloud servers (like AWS EC2, Azure VM, GCP Compute, DigitalOcean Droplets, etc.)
*If you don’t have root/admin access to the server that hosts your website (for example, if you have shared hosting that you manage through a control panel like cPanel) then AutoInstall SSL won’t work for you. Keep an eye out for additional solutions we’ll be launching later this year that work with more hosting environments!
